Custom meal plans DO require to book a 30-minute online/phone consultation with a Registered Dietitian to review nutrition goals, food allergies/intolerances and dietary preferences. Custom meal plans are available starting at 6 months of age.
Custom Meal Plan Packages
Each meal plan includes 3 meals plus 2-3 snacks per day. A 1-week meal plan includes 4 dinner options, 4 lunch options, and 8 snacks. The plan will coordinate leftovers based on preferences. Prices below are in USD and include a 30-minute online/phone consultation to review dietary preferences and goals.
